Fermented Strawberry Jelly
This is not your ordinary jelly ! This is taken from organic strawberries including the leaf. This way you get your vitamin c plus the natural iron to go with it. . Also get natural CoQ10 plus more. These strawberries are blended and fermented for 1 day & continues to very slowly ferment in your fridge. This increases the nutrients and adds probiotics to the gut , also creates natural K2 in the process. To preserve the antioxidant levels after fermentation , Very low heat is used to slightly reduce and then A teaspoon per jar of bovine grass fed gelatin is added .
