You have 3 days from order to request a full refund as long as I have not already provided a service. If I have already provided a service - for example- answering specific questions about what should be purchased due to long drawn out details , plus carefully & thoroughly explaining how my services
work due to severe inability to understand & if after this the purchase is still made incorrectly & more back n forth to aid the customer - this is a service & lots of time and energy. In a situation such as this- my fee off the refund is $10 from order total to also account for taxes that I would need to pay back(as don't have time to deal with that separately) . & this would be a refund separate from the website server.
Other than that just email me if there is any issue with part of your order & I will promptly replace any item. Item would have to be damaged or unusable somehow. Must send picture. - [email protected]
