🌽 Born and raised in Corpus Christi Texas- I have been spoiled on authentic, Mexican red chile pork tamales. Perfect ratio of filling to masa ratio , moist, flavorful & greasy. These are North Mexico style tamales, aka finger tamales .
These are just like the red chile pork tamaIes I was raised on. . .BUT

💫💫 These use GRASS FED BUTTER instead of non nutritional lard in the masa which contributes to lowering cholesterol & inflammation leading to a smaller waistline And for broth I use PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN BONE BROTH which also has been known to help increase the master antioxidant glutathione in the body .
